REQUIREMENTS:

* BS in Accounting, Finance major (or equivalent work experience)

* 4-10 or more years of accounting experience in either public accounting or the banking industry.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting issues.

* Supervisory abilities with a focus on development of staff.

* CPA or MBA a plus.

SALARY: $60,000-$80,000 Plus Performance Bonus
