DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a Fortune 100 worldwide business leader, currently seeks a Manager to join their Acquisitions & Business Support team. The successful candidate will be the primary contact on accounting issues and questions that arise from the company's business units, as it relates to the accounting analysis of proposed business deals and transactions. You will participate as a member of cross divisional teams that are established to address particular issues, transactions and the potential impact of proposed or enacted accounting and SEC standards.

Responsibilities include:

·Perform due diligence reviews and analyze potential acquisition candidates.

·Research, conclude, and present technical accounting issues to the auditors, senior management and corporate accounting.

·Manage yearly control review process surrounding individual entities control environment and accounting practices.

·Analyze business unit operations and institute actions plans to create a better operational environment

·Provide senior management with an in depth analysis of monthly financial information

·Coordinate implementation of new accounting pronouncements for international and domestic business operations.

·Perform special projects as assigned.

NOTE: Relocation assistance is available for this position. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.

REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

·CPA with 3-7 years of accounting experience, including current or recent (within the last few years) experience in a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm

·Strong technical accounting and analytical skills

·Consistent record of excellent performance reviews

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Ability to work independently and with a team environment

SALARY: $65,000-$80,000 + Performance Bonus
