DESCRIPTION:

NOTE: Candidates must be either U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

This position is in the Corporate Financial Reporting area and is responsible for the following:

·Assisting in preparation of SEC filings Form 10-K and 10-Q
·Quarterly corporate consolidation process
·Consolidated statement of cash flows
·Monthly completion of stock transaction reports
·Accounting research
·Special projects

This position provides the opportunity to see how each of the company's businesses operate and come together. You will continue to develop strong accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis skills while gaining exposure to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

·B.S. in Accounting
·3-6 years of accounting experience (public accounting or at an SEC company preferred)
·CPA designation is a strong plus
·Working knowledge of Excel and Word required
·Understanding of Hyperion software is a plus
·Strong organizational skills
·Excellent analytical and time management skills
·Ability to work independently on complex tasks while keeping others informed
·Aptitude for learning quickly and ability to adapt to change
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills
·Must be willing to work in a team environment
·Overtime required during peak reporting periods

SALARY: $55,000-$65,000 + Bonus
