Responsibilities include:

·Manage the coordination, preparation and analysis of key financial indicators. Spearhead projects management, financial and economic analysis, and financial modeling.

·Prepare financial exhibits and analysis to be included in the Company's earnings releases.

·Respond to special project requests made by executive management.

·Manage the accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis processes.

·Identify opportunities to improve business processes, strengthen internal controls and present recommendations to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA and experience at a Big 4 firm is a big plus

* 7-12 years of accounting reporting experience with a knowledge of the insurance and/or investment industries

* Solid internal controls background and experience in managing/partnering with internal and external auditors

* Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively coach and mentor staff

SALARY: $95,000-$110,000 + Bonus
