Senior Accountant - Rotational Development Program

The company,s goal will be to rotate you through at least 3 different accounting departments over a two year period in order to provide you with exposure to a wide array of accounting issues. The areas that you may rotate through include corporate accounting, financial reporting, accounting research & controls, taxes and other accounting/finance areas. Following the two-year rotational period, you will then be offered a permanent position in one of the accounting/finance departments.
·2-4 years of experience, either in the Big 4/5, at a regional accounting firm, a combination of public accounting and industry, or just industry experience at a large company
·Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
·Strong problem solving and project management skills
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with people from all levels of the company
