Accounting Assistant-Construction & Timberline Experience Needed
DESCRIPTION: Our client is a well-established, successful and growing construction company. Due to it's growth, a new Accounting Assistant position has been created. Responsibilities will include assisting with: job cost accounting and reporting; general ledger activities, accounts receivable; payroll preparation; union benefit deductions/calculations; insurance related issues; and accounts payable. This is a position where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting projects and you will be provided with the opportunity to assume greater responsibilities over time.
NOTE: WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE TIMBERLINE ACCOUNTING PACKAGE IS A MUST!!!!!!!
REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of Timberline, 2+ years of experience at a construction contractor with exposure to some or all of the responsibilities listed above, team player, positive attitude and willing to 'roll up your sleeves' in order to help the team achieve its objectives.
