Responsibilities will include:

·Supervision, coaching and development of staff
·GAAP and management basis financial reporting
·Cash management
·Inventory and fixed asset control and analysis
·Accounting system upgrades and data management
·Ownership of general ledger, closing activities and account reconciliations
·Financial analysis and budgeting
·Special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance
·5-10 years of progressive accounting experience
·CPA is a plus, but not required
·Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
·Willingness to ?roll up your sleeves? as needed
·Strong desire to succeed and make positive contributions
·Strong computer system skills

SALARY: $50,000-$60,000
