Multiple Treasury Positions :

DESCRIPTION: We are recruiting for our client, a solid and growing Hartford area Fortune 500 company. Multiple opportunities exist for professionals with 4-10 years of experience in Treasury Operations.

**** WE HAVE 2 DIFFERENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE, ONE IS A MANAGER LEVEL POSITION AND THE OTHER IS A SENIOR ANALYST POSITION ****

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

·Oversee short-term investment decisions, borrowing needs and daily cash management

·Manage trust fund activity, cash forecasting and banking relationships

·Oversight of debt compliance, including applicable reporting

·Assess, monitor and create a best practices environment relating to operational controls, policies and procedures

·Supervise, mentor and develop assigned staff within the Treasury department

·Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·4-10 years of experience in the area of Treasury operations

·MBA is a plus

·Experience relating to cash management & forecasting, banking relationships and a working knowledge of various credit documents

·Superior interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with senior management and external parties

SALARY: $65,000-$95,000 + Bonus
