Operational Improvement Analyst :

DESCRIPTION: Our client is a diversified, publicly traded international manufacturing company. They currently seek an analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities will include: analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvement; supply chain management; lean manufacturing analysis; Kaizen events and other special operational projects. The successful candidate will truly be a value added change agent and an integral part of the company's finance team. This is a unique opportunity to become involved in the analysis of a company's operations, with the ability to affect the decision-making process and financial results of a publicly traded company.

Notes: The Company will consider candidates that currently have sponsorship to work in the U.S. There will be a bonus in addition to your base salary.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years experience in operations, finance, or accounting within a manufacturing environment; strong oral and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels; willing to travel up to 50%.
