BaaN Business Analyst :

DESCRIPTION: Our client is the global leader within their industry. They are seeking a BaaN Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities include: implement process improvement initiatives through both systems and business knowledge to meet the company's goals and objectives; act as liaison with specified users and work with them to define and attain business goals; identify alternative systems approaches; coordinate activities and work assignments of personnel assigned to the process improvement process; conduct systems selections, specifications, training scripts and coordinate changes to ISO procedures.

This position is specifically focused on those procedures within the manufacturing and distribution environment utilizing the BaaN Manufacturing Information System.

REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Business Administration or related equivalent experience in related field (MBA desirable); 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment (production, inventory, financial, etc.); knowledge of Best Practices, process improvement techniques and familiarity with data processing policies and standards; Baan (Manufacturing Information System) knowledge is a must; excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong project management skills.
