DESCRIPTION: Our client currently has multiple openings for high potential accounting professionals to enter a rotational program whereby the successful candidates will gain exposure to different areas of the company every 18-24 months, with a planned progression into management. The initial entry position into the company will be as a Senior Auditor in their Internal Audit Group. Travel is moderate. After your initial rotation in audit, where you will have the opportunity to see many different aspects of the business and initiate invaluable contacts within the company, you will rotate into another financial position within the company, perhaps financial reporting, general accounting, financial analysis, operational analysis, or a combination of these areas.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; 3-7 years of audit experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm or within an internal audit group of a top private industry company; excellent communication and computer skills; high motivation level and desire to reach new professional heights.
