Responsibilities include: provide critical analysis and insight to the management group by reviewing financial performance and the strategic initiatives of the business unit to ensure that they are consistent with the business plan and long-term objectives of the company; prepare and analyze financial measurement data for quarterly management meetings; develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies; prepare and analyze critical data for decision making; special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

2) 3+ years of professional experience

3) Knowledge of SAP and/or Hyperion highly desired

4) Excellent oral and written communication skills

5) Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
